Pick which floor types each unit has. VCT gets Strip & Refinish + Scrub & Recoat. Sheet Vinyl gets Scrub Only (no wax). Carpet gets Carpet Extract + Spot Treat. Units with no types selected won't appear on the dashboard.

Built-in services have editable intervals. Custom services let you add anything specific to your team — synced to Supabase across all devices.

All records and photos sync to the cloud — visible to your team across all devices.

Permanently deletes all floor maintenance records from the cloud. Cannot be undone.
